Teusner & Co has had a strong continuous presence in the rural areas of Kangaroo Island and the Barossa area - more than thirty years on Kangaroo Island, and more than seventy years in the Barossa. We service clients involved in all aspects of agriculture, including broad acre crop intensive farming, viticulture, and grazing.
Our staff all reside in, or have strong family links to, our local Barossa and surrounding areas and have first-hand experience of the opportunities and challenges that can be found in a rural area. Farming is now an extremely complex business and our services cover a wide range of legal areas, including succession planning (Wills & Estates), environmental issues, leases, contractual claims, employment issues, native vegetation issues, and public liability claims.
