Wills & Estates
We have been providing advice on Wills and Estates throughout the entire history of Teusner & Co. We prepare both simple and complex Wills, and at the same time advise in relation to financial estate planning and superannuation planning.
We also have significant and long expertise in the administration of Estates. Our partners are happy to be appointed as Executors or Trustees of Wills if required. We attend to the preparation of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Guardianship, and again if required, are prepared to act as Attorneys for clients.
We endeavour to advise clients when preparing their Wills, the ramifications of the Inheritance and Family Provision Act. Where a family member wishes to challenge a Will we can either provide assistance to the Executors in defending a challenge or represent any family member in relation to a Will.
We provide a free storage facility for all Wills and documents and provide quick, prompt access to important documents. Our areas of expertise include Powers of Attorney, Advanced Care Directives, Inheritance and Family Provision applications, complicated and simple applications for Probate, estate and succession planning, and Wills.
